• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

4.3 Shipping Limitations

We ship worldwide but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.4 Import Duties and Taxes

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Baby Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
• Baby Clothing (unless defective)
• Costumes (including Baby Costumes and Disney Costumes)
• Disney Ears (often personalized and hygiene-sensitive)
• Colouring & Creativity items (once opened or used)
• Adult Fashion intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and item details
2. Wait for approval and a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
3. Package the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached
4. Include the RAN inside and ship to: Wonder Clothing Shop, 2764 Ford Street, San Francisco, US 94108

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Use a tracked shipping method for returns.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal: Processed within 24 hours, appears in 3-5 business days

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
