Order Processing

We typically process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way!

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: We ship worldwide but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your Wonder Clothing Shop experience! If something isn’t quite right, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality and hygiene standards, certain magical items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Baby Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
• Baby Clothing (unless defective)
• Costumes (including Baby Costumes and Disney Costumes)
• Disney Ears (often personalized and hygiene-sensitive)
• Colouring & Creativity items (once opened or used)
• Adult Fashion intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order number and item details
2. Wait for Approval: Our customer care team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days
3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the RAN inside and ship to:

4. Processing: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days

Please use a tracked shipping method as you’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. For international returns, mark the customs form as “Return for Repair/Exchange” to avoid additional charges.

Refund Information

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal: Processed within 24 hours, appears in 3-5 business days

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item!
