Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please note that certain products, due to their nature, cannot be returned or exchanged (see section below).
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product offerings and to maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Baby Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Baby Clothing (unless defective)
- Costumes (including Baby Costumes and Disney Costumes, due to their specialized nature)
- Disney Ears (as they are often personalized and hygiene-sensitive)
- Colouring & Creativity items (once opened or used)
- Adult Fashion intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
- Wait for Approval: Our customer care team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging, include the RAN inside the package, and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after processing.
- PayPal: Refunds are processed within 24 hours and may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
Note that shipping costs are non-refundable for returns that are not due to our error. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs to send the replacement item.

Note: For orders shipped outside the US, please indicate “Return for Repair/Exchange” on the customs form to avoid additional charges. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipment, so we recommend using a tracked service.
